Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:

30-day returns for unopened products: You may request a return and refund within 30 days of delivery for products that are unopened and in their original, intact packaging. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, with all seals intact, and in resalable condition.

Opened products: For health and personal care reasons, products that have been opened or whose safety seals have been broken are generally not eligible for return.

Damaged, incorrect, or significantly not as described: If your order arrives damaged, you received the wrong item, or the product is significantly different from what is shown on our website, please contact us right away. In these cases we will arrange a refund or replacement, and in some cases you may not need to return the item.

How to start a return: Email info@glymateusa.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed items.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
